1. Right of revocation
You can revoce your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the matter was ceded to you before this period of time to decide - by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods at the receiver (in the recurring supply of similar goods not before the entrance of the first partial delivery) and not before we fulfilled our obligations of information according to § 312c Abs. 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 Abs. 1, 2 und 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our obligations under § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. Consequences of revocation
In case of an effective revocation, the benefits received by each party must be returned and possibly towed uses (eg interest) surrendered. Can you not give us the capacity received back whole or only in part or in a deteriorated condition, you will be possibly obliged to pay us compensation for the value. With the release of things this does not apply if the deterioration of the matter solely bases on their exam - as you have the possibility to in a shop. Moreover, the obligation to value a substitute for a deterioriation caused by proper usage can be avoided by not taking the matter as your property in use and forbear any action which could impair their value. Things that are capable to be shipped by parcel are to be send back at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning if the goods are as ordered, and if the price of the returned matter does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have at a higher price of the thing not done the consideration at the time of revocation or a contract agreed part payment has not been provided. Otherwise, the return for you is free of charge. Things that are not capable to be send by parcel will be picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments should be made within 30 days met. The period begins with the transmission of your statement or revocation of things for us with their reception.
